Number of servings: 30 servings<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Preparation time: 60 minutes<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Customized texture: 7 IDDSI\u00a0 accustomed<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Ingredients for the dough:<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n 200 grams soft butter<\/span><\/p>\n 100 grams powdered sugar<\/span><\/p>\n 1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/span><\/p>\n 1 egg ( L )<\/span><\/p>\n 350 grams of sifted plain flour (2.5 cups)<\/span><\/p>\n 1\/2 teaspoon baking powder<\/span><\/p>\n 3 tablespoons whey protein powder \u2013 Easy Whey<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/a>(about 50 grams)<\/span><\/p>\n Ingredients for poppy seed filling:<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n 1.5 cups freshly ground poppy seeds<\/span><\/p>\n 3 tablespoons Easy Way whey protein powder<\/span><\/p>\n 3\/4 cup sugar<\/span><\/p>\n 1\/2 cup milk<\/span><\/p>\n 25 grams butter<\/span><\/p>\n 1\/2 cup ground almonds into powder<\/span><\/p>\n 1 tablespoon honey<\/span><\/p>\n Ingredients for the date and cocoa filling:<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n 1 block of pitted dates (500 g)<\/span><\/p>\n 50 grams butter<\/span><\/p>\n 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/span><\/p>\n 3 tablespoons of fine cocoa (30 g)<\/span><\/p>\n 3 tablespoons brown sugar, Demerara sugar<\/span><\/p>\n 3 tablespoons whey protein powder \u2013 <\/b>Easy Whey<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n To prepare the dough:<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Knead the butter and powdered sugar for a minute in a mixer with a dough hook.<\/span><\/p>\n Add the egg and vanilla extract and continue mixing. Stop the mixer and add the flour and baking powder. Continue to process until a dough forms, about a minute.<\/span><\/p>\n Form the dough into a ball with your hands and wrap it in cling film, which we chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n Roll out thinly and cut out circles using a cutter or cup and fill with your favorite filling.<\/span><\/p>\n Close into a Haman’s ear shape and tighten tightly, so that the Haman’s ears do not open during baking (important!)<\/span><\/p>\n Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes. After the hamann ears have cooled, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar for decoration.<\/span><\/p>\n To prepare poppy seed filling:<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Boil the milk, sugar, butter and honey. Add the poppy seeds and ground almonds. Cool well.<\/span><\/p>\n *Fill each ear of manna with a flat spoonful of the filling (about 15 grams).<\/span><\/p>\n To prepare the date and cocoa filling:<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Using a wooden spoon, mash the date mass and butter until softened and fully mixed, over low heat. Add the cocoa, sugar and cinnamon.
