Number of servings: 12 pieces<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Serving size: small<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Preparation time: 15 minutes<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Customized texture: 7 IDDSI\u00a0 accustomed<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Ingredients:<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n 2 cups quick-cooking oats (240 grams).<\/span><\/p>\n 2 scoops Easy Whey protein powder<\/b><\/span><\/a> (30 grams)<\/span><\/p>\n 1\/3 cup white sugar (100 grams)<\/span><\/p>\n 1 flat tablespoon of cinnamon<\/span><\/p>\n 1\/2 teaspoon baking powder.<\/span><\/p>\n A pinch of salt.<\/span><\/p>\n An apple, peeled and cut into small cubes.<\/span><\/p>\n 2 eggs<\/span><\/p>\n Small cup of 3% yogurt (150 grams)<\/span><\/p>\n 1\/4 cup milk (50 ml).<\/span><\/p>\n How to prepare:<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Preheat oven to 170 degrees.<\/span><\/p>\n Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: oats, protein powder, white sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.<\/span><\/p>\n In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, yogurt, apple cubes and milk.<\/span><\/p>\n Combine in one bowl and mix well.<\/span><\/p>\n Divide the batter into a silicone tray with muffin cups (you can also use a metal pan greased with oil spray) .<\/span><\/p>\n Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15-17 minutes, until a toothpick comes out dry.
