A white/dark chocolate delicacy enriched with a velvety texture.

Customized texture: IDDSI 4  After two hours in the refrigerator, without any toppings.

Ingredients:
250 ml Easyfiber / Easydaily / Easymeal-k2 / Easydrink (vegan) 85g white/dark chocolate, cut into cubes
4 teaspoons sugar (20g)
A pinch of salt
Half a cup of water (100ml)

A tablespoon of cornstarch (15 grams)

Preparation:
In a medium/small saucepan, mix the drink of your choice with the sugar and salt using a ladle or wooden spoon.
In a large cup, mix half a cup of water and a tablespoon of cornstarch with a fork until you get a uniform liquid.
Heat the pot over medium/low heat until all the sugar dissolves. Bring the liquid in the pot to a boil (small bubbles begin to bubble).
Give the liquid with the cornstarch another stir (because it tends to sink quickly) and immediately add it to the pot while stirring constantly.
Continue to cook over low heat for another minute, then turn off the heat and add the white chocolate. Continue to mix slowly and thoroughly until completely melted. When the mixture is uniform, carefully pour it into 2 cups, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours. Can be served cold or lukewarm. The delicacy can be kept in the refrigerator for 48 hours after preparation.
It can be combined with yogurt/coconut chips/a handful of chopped nuts or fruit such as strawberries/banana.
