Calorie and protein enriched cauliflower puree

Ingredients:
300 grams fresh cauliflower
Medium potato (about 100 grams)
100ml 38% cream
A tablespoon of butter (about 15 grams)
Easy Whey protein (15 grams)
Salt, pepper and other spices to taste
How to prepare:
Peel and cut potatoes into medium-sized cubes of equal size. Place in a pot with lukewarm water and bring to a boil over high heat. Salt the water generously and continue cooking until completely tender – you can check with a sharp knife. Insert the knife into a piece in the pot. If there is no resistance at all and the potato falls apart slightly, it is ready. If you are not sure, you can continue cooking for a few more minutes and check again .
At the same time: Break the fresh cauliflower into florets of equal size and place in a pot with lukewarm water (until the cauliflower is completely covered). Bring to a boil over high heat until completely tender .
Strain the cauliflower and potato (separately) and set aside .
