Ingredients:
250 ml – Easy Meal-k2 Vanilla Flavor / Easy Fiber / Easy Daily / Easy Drink
5 tablespoons Quaker instant oatmeal
1 teaspoon maple syrup/1 teaspoon sugar/1 teaspoon honey (optional, some formulas are sweet on their own).
1 banana cut into thin slices
1/2 grated apple or half a cup of chopped strawberries or a handful of fresh blueberries
**Can be combined with toppings – 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips/ 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon/ 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts.
How to prepare:
To prepare in the microwave:
Add 5 tablespoons of Quaker oatmeal.
Pour 250 ml of the selected formula and mix.
Add sweetener as needed.
Stir and heat on high for 1-2 minutes.
To prepare on the stove:
Heat the desired formula (do not boil).
Add the Quaker and mix.
Add sweetener as needed.
Heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle the fruit on top and serve.
*If the porridge is too thick, adjust with additional formula or milk until the desired consistency (falls off the spoon when you tilt it).
*Can be divided into 2 servings (keep in the refrigerator).
