Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 egg

50 grams flour

50 grams Easy Shake

1  pack of vanilla sugar

1 sour cream 15% – small package 100 ml

50 ml sweet cream /3% milk

50 grams butter

maple syrup

How to prepare the batter:

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the egg and sour cream.

Melt the butter and add to the mixture. Pour in the milk/sweet cream while stirring.

Frying:

In a hot pan with the remaining butter, pour the batter using a small ladle.

After 1-2 minutes, flip each pancake.

Serve with maple sauce.
