Protein-enriched apple muffins (12 servings)

Ingredients:
2 cups quick-cooking oats (240 grams).
2 scoops Easy Whey protein powder (30 grams)
1/3 cup white sugar (100 grams)
1 flat tablespoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
A pinch of salt.
An apple, peeled and cut into small cubes.
2 eggs
Small cup of 3% yogurt (150 grams)
1/4 cup milk (50 ml).
How to prepare:
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: oats, protein powder, white sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, yogurt, apple cubes and milk.
Combine in one bowl and mix well.
Divide the batter into a silicone tray with muffin cups (you can also use a metal pan greased with oil spray) .
Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15-17 minutes, until a toothpick comes out dry. Remove from the oven, cool and remove the finished muffins.
