Protein-enriched sorbet popsicle

Number of servings: 20 popsicles

Serving size: 40-50 grams (size of a mini magnum)

Preparation time: 10 minutes + freezing for at least 4 hours

Ingredients:

2 cups DM line (500 ml)

2 ripe bananas

Dried date*1

A cup of fresh/frozen fruit: strawberries/ blueberries/ pear/ melon/ mango/ any other favorite fruit

2 tablespoons raw tahini/almonds

How to prepare:

Cut all the fruits into medium-sized cubes.

Transfer the fruit to a blender.

Add the liquids, a tablespoon of tahini/any other nut spread.

and 2 DM line cups

Mix in a blender for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Pour the resulting smoothie into silicone molds designed for making popsicles.

IDDSI guidelines , it is considered a variable texture (transforms from a solid to a liquid when eaten) and is therefore not suitable for those suffering from swallowing disorders.
