Chocolate cake in a mug

Ingredients:
Half a small, ripe banana (about 40 grams)
One-third cup DM line (80 ml)
Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon whole wheat flour (5 grams)
2 tablespoons almond flour (25 grams)
A quarter teaspoon of baking powder
A tablespoon of cocoa (5 grams)
Powdered sugar for serving
How to prepare:
Mash the banana well in a bowl with a fork, pureeing with as few lumps as possible .
Add a third of a cup of DM Line fortified drink and the vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well into a homogeneous batter .
Place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with a fork to obtain a uniform mixture .
Add the wet batter to the cup and mix well with the dry mixture until the batter is uniform. Be sure to scrape the corners and sides of the cup so that no dry lumps remain .
Heat the mug in the microwave in half-minute pulses until the cake is cooked. The edges will be dry and the center of the cake will be slightly moist. Cooking time varies depending on the microwave power, cooking should be between 1.5 to 2.5 minutes .
After cooking, let the cake rest for about 5 minutes to cool and finally solidify .
Serve with a little powdered sugar (optional) .
