Fruit Smoothie Soy-based

Ingredients:

2 cups milk/almond milk/soy milk (240 ml each cup)

2 tablespoons raw tahini/almonds

A tablespoon of honey/silan/maple/white or brown sugar

2 ripe bananas

A cup of strawberries/ blueberries/ pear/ melon/ mango/ any other favorite fruit

2 measuring spoons (64 g) powder Easy Soy Vanilla Flavor

How to prepare:

Cut all the fruit into medium-sized cubes.
Transfer the fruit to a blender.
Add the liquids, the teaspoon of honey/sugar, etc., the tablespoon of tahini/any
other nut spread, and a measuring spoon (64 grams) of vanilla-flavored Easy Soy powder .

Mix in a blender for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
It is recommended to serve cold!
*The resulting texture should pass easily through a straw. If necessary, dilute
with another half cup of milk. It is recommended to pass the smoothie through a strainer to obtain a completely smooth texture.
