Sweet cheese pancakes

Ingredients:

250 grams of 5% white cheese

1 egg L

2 tablespoons sugar

4 tablespoons self-raising flour (40 g)

3 tablespoons of Anin

How to prepare:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using a hand mixer.

Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat, add 3 tablespoons of canola oil (for frying half of the batter)

Pour a heaping tablespoon of batter.

Up to 4 pancakes in a pan. Fry for 1.5 minutes, turn over and continue frying for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Remove to a serving bowl/plate with paper towels.

*Add 3 more tablespoons of oil to the second half of the batter.

After they have cooled slightly, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar/honey/maple/jam/syran.
